ABOUT OUR RENTAL PROGRAM CONDOMINIUMS

Our vacation rentals are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Gulf Front condos within a quiet gated community at the West End of Panama City Beach. The resort is situated on a 25+ acre site, bordered on the East by the Carillon Beach Community and on the West by pristine Camp Helen, a 180 acre State Park. The Resort community features over ¼ of sugary white beaches on the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico on the South Side and on the North Side by Lake Powell, a coastal dune lake.

Some of our vacation rentals are located in the Tower (or A building) where all units are townhouse-style (on two floors). Others are located in one of the six Mid-Rise buildings which are flats with seven floors each. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU ARE AT THE RESORT

There are two swimming pools at the Resort—one of which is a heated indoor/outdoor pool. There are separate men’s and women’s steam/sauna rooms, a fishing and boat dock with a boat ramp to launch your boat, kayak or canoe into Lake Powell, shuffleboard courts, two picnic areas with BBQ grills, an exercise room, and 4 lighted tennis courts, two that double as pickleball courts. Basic cable TV and wi-fi are provided with your vacation rental. Children love fishing off the fishing docks!
